Taqueria la Jarochita has been around Sioux Falls since 2021.
“The food truck was originally my dad’s idea. You want to start up a food truck, you know, sell tacos and food to the community of Sioux Falls,” Emilio Gonzalez Jr. said.
Instead of the road, you can now find the family business at a new storefront.
“Once we saw the place, we wanted to pick it up and start a little dining room area,” Emilio said.
In the dining area, people can find everything they love about the food truck, from the warmth of a building.
“We like to be open all year round, especially because in the conditions, weather conditions, our customers sometimes wouldn’t like sitting outside, and they can just be more comfortable here,” Magaly Gonzalez said.
