Back on June 28, Frederick G. Thousand, 66, and his sons Justin Thousand, 42, and Frederick Thousand, 41, were at the Outlaw Music Festival concert at the Ampitheater and were asked to leave by security for “unruly actions” at the main gate, according to the sheriff’s office.
They became agitated with security and Onondaga County Sheriff’s Deputies were asked to help with the situation.
The three men refused to leave the Amphitheater and became physical and fought with the sheriff’s deputies, resulting in their arrests.
