Outgoing Broward County Mayor Nan Rich delivering the State of the County address this morning. Former Mayor Michael Udine expects it to focus on affordability, one of the biggest issues residents are facing now. After the speech, commissioners will then name the new Mayor and Vice Mayor. If tradition continues, Vice Mayor Beam Furr will take the helm. Commissioners will then pick a new vice mayor. Four incumbent Commissioners will be sworn-in and Commissioner-elect Alexandra Davis takes her seat representing District 7.
