POWHATAN POINT, Ohio (WJW) – A lucky person in Ohio could be holding a lottery ticket worth $1,000 a day for life — or a one-time payment of $5,750,000.
Jackpot winner sold at Ohio Speedway
According to lottery officials, a Lucky For Life ticket purchased at Tom’s Carry Out in Powhatan Point matched five out of five numbers and the ‘luckyball’ in the Monday, Nov. 18 drawing to win the game’s grand prize.
Lottery officials said the winner man-picked their numbers. The winning numbers were: 4-9-10-28-29 and Luckyball 1.

The winner now has 60 days to choose the annuity payments or the cash option and 180 days to validate and cash the ticket, according to the Ohio Lottery
Lucky for Life drawings are held seven days a week. The odds of winning the top prize are just 1 in 30,821,472.
