LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C.- A Lexington County man was arrested on second and third-degree assault charges for an incident that happened in August. The alleged assault happened on Aug. 11 on the 1100 block of Hartley Quarter Road. Cody McKee was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center on Nov. 17.
