ProKidney lists Greensboro property for sale, leaving future in city uncertain

A property in Greensboro, owned by Winston-Salem-based biotech company ProKidney, has recently gone up for sale, according to a real estate listing by commercial agency CBRE. ProKidney, which works to treat chronic kidney disease, had previously announced plans to expand its operation into Greensboro, a move that the company said would create 330 jobs. The selling of the 210,600-square-foot Class A industrial facility at 7901 Indlea Point leaves those plans up in the air.
