(WSAZ) – It wasn’t long ago that we had burn bans and continued to worry about an extreme drought overhead. It looks like we’ve finally flipped that script with the rain that came through last week and again today. Today’s rain is expected to be ‘garden-variety’, but will keep those skies gray all day long. Temperatures remain mild, starting off near 50° and ending up in the mid 60s this afternoon. Those passing periods of rain will finally taper off this evening, but tomorrow will begin the first of three consecutive Alert Days that will culminate in many seeing their first snow of the season!
