According to The Animal Foundation , Zoey and her puppies will stay together as a family until the pups are eating well on their own. After that, they will split the litter in half so the pups can get more socialization while still being together.

On Thursday, the 2-week-old puppies were found in a trash bag that was tossed into a dumpster. Inside the bag with the pups was an unknown cleaning product. Meanwhile, the person accused of dumping the puppies was said to be in police custody.
