Federal authorities are searching for two people who were caught on security footage stealing mail from an apartment complex in the Memorial area. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Ashley Gray and Kyle Ulbig.
