(WDEF)- Samaritan’s Purse is spreading holiday cheer and good tidings as they kick off Operation Christmas Child. “Worldwide Last year, we collected 11 million shoe boxes they are giving the children overseas. Most of these children have never received a gift before, so we pack school supplies, hygiene items, toys, that sort of thing for these children,” said David Killian, Area Coordinator, Operation Christmas Child.
