STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – FedEx Cares volunteers provided nearly 400 coats to elementary school students on Staten Island earlier this month. On Nov. 8, FedEx Cares partnered with Operation Warm, a national non-profit that provides warmth, confidence and hope through basic needs programs, to provide coats to kids at PS 16 in Brighton Heights.
