Thank you for Douglass Dowty’s reporting on the terrible conditions at Bishop Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (“Syracuse’s worst nursing home risked lives, NY finds. Resident wonders if ‘they’d be better off dead,’ ” Nov. 15, 2024). I read with horror the list of egregious violations and dreadful incidents there. Unfortunately, Centers Health Care has continued to provide the same substandard care that James Square was known for.
