Flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Napoleon officer

NAPOLEON, Ohio (WTVG) – Ohio’s governor ordered flags to be lowered to honor a local police officer who died over the weekend. Gov. Mike DeWine ordered U.S. and Ohio flags to be lowered at all public buildings throughout Henry County, the Ohio Statehouse and other locations to honor Napoleon Officer Tyler Murrey, who died by suicide on Saturday. A statement from DeWine’s office said they should remain lowered until sunset on Friday, the day of his funeral.
