LAS VEGAS (KSNV) – The man charged with killing three people during a violent crime spree in the Las Vegas area back in 2021 has reached a plea agreement. John Carrillo, now 33, entered a plea agreement on 20 of the 22 counts filed against him, including three murder charges, according to Clark County District Court records.
