SAN ANTONIO – A newborn baby was found in a wooded area near Salado Creek with their umbilical cord attached, according to police. Around 3:40 p.m., police were called to the area of 1900 Austin Highway. Police say they found a man carrying a baby with its umbilical cord still attached.
