ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A man driving Monday morning on a remote stretch of the Glenn Highway died following a rollover crash, according to Alaska State Troopers. Troopers say Justin Hoppe, 49, died at the scene, near mile 134 of the Glenn Highway, about two-thirds of the way from Palmer to Glennallen.
