DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – A Dauphin County mom shared a video with CBS 21 showing a man stealing formula meant for her two kids. “He walks up to the package, waits a few more minutes, then walks off,” said Chelsea Howk. “You didn’t just steal from one person, you stole from kids.”
