Stanislaus probation officer suspected of filming woman in changing room, arrested

(FOX40.COM) — A Stanislaus County Probation Corrections officer was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly filming a woman in Riverbank Target changing room, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office.

On Nov. 12, while trying on clothes in the changing room a 21-year-old woman noticed a cell phone above the door of the room.

After getting her clothes back on and opening the door, the woman found a man standing there who then ran into a nearby fitting room and pretended to try on shoes.

The woman confronted the man and demanded he delete the video. Instead, he ran out of the dressing room and the store.

Man arrested in connection with girlfriend’s death in South Sacramento

Store surveillance footage captured the man in the dressing room and after he ran into the parking and to his vehicle. Investigators were able to get the vehicle’s license plate from the video.

The man was identified as a 29-year-old Waterford man who was found to be employed with the Stanislaus County Probation Department.
