Charlotte Trio Indicted in Multi-State Luxury Vehicle Theft Conspiracy

In federal court today, a trio of Charlotte men faced charges related to a sophisticated scheme to steal and sell high-end vehicles. Announced by U.S. Attorney Dena J. King of the Western District of North Carolina, the indictment charges Jonathan Marquis Stitt, Francisco Arnoldo Lopez Pena, and Jason Randall Spearman with conspiracy to violate laws prohibiting the trafficking of stolen vehicles.
