If released, Diddy would be living on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, his lawyers stated at a November 21 bail hearing, according to the New York Post. The judge will make a decision next week if Sean Combs is granted bail.
The 55-year-old Combs entered the federal courtroom in Manhattan through a side door, wearing khaki jail-issued attire. He waved and smiled at his loved ones in the second row, which included his twin daughters.
After a two-hour hearing, the judge directed both the defense team and the United States Attorney’s office to offer more details on how Mr. Combs has been talking to other people from his jail cell in the two months since the sex trafficking charges.

During the bail hearing, a defense lawyer told the judge that, if granted bail, Sean Combs would reside in a Manhattan three-bedroom apartment.
In addition, the judge asked for information from both sides on the types of communication Sean Combs is allowed to use by the BOP (Bureau of Prisons). Both parties have until noon Eastern Time on November 25 to submit these details.
