I love making this delicious recipe because it is so simple to make and it makes about 24 cookies, the perfect amount for parties. You will need the following ingredients:
Recipe:
1 package of chocolate chunk cookie mix
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of water
1 egg
12 large marshmallows
1 cup of chocolate chips
1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet or leave the baking sheet ungreased.
In a medium bowl add the water, oil, egg, and cookie mix and stir this together until a dough forms.

Drop 1 tablespoon of dough on the cookie sheet and place each of the cookie dough balls about 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies for 7 minutes and then remove them from the oven.
While the cookies are cooking take the marshmallows and cut them in half.

Place the marshmallows, cut side down, on each of the baked cookies and then place the cookies back into the oven and bake them for another 2 minutes.
