PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Firefighters tackled a fire at a home under construction in southeast Portland late Sunday night. Just before midnight, Portland Fire & Rescue crews responded to a fire at Southeast 88th Avenue and Southeast Insley Street. Firefighters arrived to the scene and found a home under construction with smoke and fire showing.
