Cue the “Oh No” TikTok song…
dropped quite the interesting teaser on an upcoming track called “Georgia Ways” featuring Teddy Swims and rapper Quavo. The unlikely trio all hail from the state of Georgia. Luke Bryan is from Leesburg, Quavo is from Athens, and Teddy Swims is from Conyers, Georgia. So that part at least makes sense. Bryan refers to the artists as his “buddies” in the teaser announcement, so maybe they were all hanging out in Georgia at one point and said, “Let’s make a song together.” And the new Georgia state anthem they created sounds like this: https://twitter.com/lukebryan/status/1861488307059728733 That little teaser is certainly…

. I’m a genuine believer that some artists set out in the studio to make music that is destined to be used in commercials. Like some people clap their hands together and say, “Alright, I’ve noticed that the Ford F-150 ads have been getting a little stale, let’s cook something up for them and send it over.” This is one of those songs, though I don’t think it’ll find its musical home in a car commercial. Obviously, it would fit right into a hype video for any and every sports team in the state of Georgia. Atlanta Braves? Check. Georgia Bulldogs? Yep. Atlanta Hawks? You betchya. Ladies and gentlemen – specifically in the Peach State – get ready to hear this song ENDLESSLY. Bryan shared the clip to all of his social media accounts, and the early reviews from internet sleuths (that accidentally rhymed) are already pouring in. My favorite of all the comments actually came from Instagram, when this Teddy Swims fan simply and sadly shared this question:
