Winter Mix Forecast for This Weekend

(Undated) – A mix of rain and snow will move across the region today and tonight. According to the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, although most will see little to no snow accumulation, there is potential for a narrow band of precipitation to bring at least 1 inch of snow somewhere north of I-70 in east-central Illinois. They say very cold temperatures will arrive tomorrow night through early next week with morning wind chill readings falling into the teens to single digits Friday morning onward. They say light snow accumulations are possible Saturday morning in areas south of a Quincy to a Terre Haute line.
