A judge has denied bail for music mogul Diddy, citing concerns about witness tampering and his history of violence.
The decision stems from a 2016 incident in which Diddy was seen on video beating his girlfriend, Cassie. Subsequent text messages revealed Cassie’s injuries and her condemnation of Diddy’s actions.
Additionally, the judge pointed to evidence that Diddy violated communication rules while incarcerated, including using other inmates’ phone codes to contact unauthorized individuals.
Diddy has been charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and other serious offenses. He has previously been denied bail despite offering his Miami mansion as collateral and agreeing to house arrest and security.
