‘You still breathing?’: Grand jury indicts man suspected of nearly killing DCS worker

A Maricopa County grand jury has indicted a man suspected of nearly killing a child safety worker while livestreaming the assault on Facebook. Court documents say 32-year-old De’Andre Terrell Johnson of Scottsdale met with an Arizona Department of Child Safety case worker in the lobby of an agency building near Alma School Road and Southern Avenue in Mesa on Nov. 5 where they discussed his daughter.
