Paul Quinn College in Dallas has announced a $1.5 million grant from the T.D. Jakes Foundation (TDJF) in partnership with Wells Fargo. The grant will bolster plans to triple student housing at the historically Black college. In addition, the award will help launch a larger mixed-use development project that will include housing for students with families, alongside outdoor space, parks, retail shops, and restaurants. The project aims to serve both the college and the surrounding Highland Hills community.
