At Garland Animal Services in Texas, a miniature “white” poodle estimated to be no more than 10-months-old entered the shelter on December 1 as a stray. The shelter staff has named him Pop-Tart and have asked his plight to be shared on social media so he can be rescued and given the care he so desperately needs.
