A Scottsdale-based community developer debuted a mammoth renovation to a luxury residential golf community in Prescott this week.
Symmetry Companies unveiled a $10 million renovation at Talking Rock Ranch in Prescott, according to a press release. The three-year project is the largest renovation in the community’s history that spans more than 20 years.
The press release highlights new additions such as two new club cabins, a new restaurant with 1800 Pizza Kitchen, an outfitters and members lounge, a full-service driving range bar and updates to the clubhouse.
The press release describes the club cabins as modern luxury living spaces that can accommodate for each guest’s individual needs. The new restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating with artisan-style pizzas prepared in a brick oven.
The full-service bar is positioned conveniently to enhance the golfing experience at the community’s 18-hole championship golf course, according to the press release. The outfitters’ and members’ lounge is designed as a central hub for guests to relax and socialize with each other. The clubhouse additions include more golf cart parking, new event lawns and enhanced landscaping among others.
