Fields West, Frisco’s answer to Plano’s Legacy West development, has an official lineup of retail and restaurant tenants. The development, a project of The Karahan Cos. and Hunt Realty Investments, is slated to bring 55 acres of mixed-use development with 325,000 square feet of office space, 350,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 1,200 multifamily units. Fehmi Karahan, the developer behind both Legacy West and Fields West, has previously said the two projects are like “sister” developments.
