TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo police on Thursday issued a murder warrant for John Vassel, 63, who is suspected in the homicide of a man found dead in a field earlier in the week. The body of Robert Richardson Jr., 56, was found lying in a central Toledo field by Castle Boulevard and Maplewood Avenue on Monday afternoon.
