DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WKBT) — The Minnesota man accused in a 50-year-old murder case is pleading not guilty.
According to online court records, attorneys for 84-year-old Jon Miller entered a not guilty plea to one count of first-degree murder in Dunn County court Friday.
Miller is accused of killing Mary K. Schlais in 1974.
