The DeKalb County Animal Shelter needs your help as a surplus of dogs is causing an overcrowding issue.
Thursday evening, the shelter said they brought in a group of 15 additional dogs, who are “adding even more pressure to our already crowded shelter.”
With an additional 15 dogs housed at the shelter, that brings the count up to 590 dogs…
