WASHINGTON COUNTY (WOWT) – Toni Larsen was traveling from her home in Arlington to her sister’s in Blair. Every Friday, the two play Yahtzee and have dinner. Friday night was supposed to be no different. But freezing temperatures and icy roads derailed her plans, ultimately costing Larsen’s life.
