Man, 47, shot to death at upper Manhattan NYCHA building

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man was murdered at a residential NYCHA building in upper Manhattan on Saturday night, and police are seeking the culprit.

Officers responded to 2949 Frederick Douglas Blvd.—a residential building part of NYCHA’s Polo Ground Towers in Harlem—at 10:56 p.m. and discovered the victim, police said.

David Brown, 47, was left with multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen.

EMS transported Brown to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, but he could not be saved.

There have been no arrests and an investigation is ongoing.
