PAUL, MN – A 36-year-old Minnesota man is dead after a high-speed chase in St. Paul ended in a crash, and the suspect behind the wheel had a troubling history of violent crime. Lorenzo Washington, 28, of Minneapolis, was already under intensive supervised release for a 2014 conviction on charges of 2nd-degree murder and aggravated assault when he allegedly fled from police, ultimately killing Day Por Tho when his car crashed into Tho’s parked vehicle.
