According to court records, a man went to Grant Hospital in May and said he was visiting a friend when an unknown man assaulted him. The attack, which police said was carried out by Gray, sent the victim to surgery, with several screws being inserted into his jaw and his jaw wired shut. Gray allegedly punched the man in the face and kicked him while he was on the ground.
The U.S. Marshals Service is teaming up with several agencies to help find Gray.
“This is a prime example of why we have a fugitive apprehension team and a prime example why we need help from the public to get this individual off the street,” U.S. Marshal Michael Black said. “I know there’s people out that have seen him. We hope they will give us a tip, let us know where his whereabouts, give us a starting point where we can locate this guy and apprehend him.”
