Charlotte quarterback transfer Deshawn Purdie arrived in Gainesville for an official visit at the University of Florida on Sunday morning. He spent the majority of that day on campus, and departed around midday Monday. He was quickly offered by UF’s staff last Tuesday after entering his name in the NCAA Transfer Portal, and has been a name the staff has quickly worked to recruit heavily.
