Millcreek Township supervisor James Bock said normal trash pick-up is restoring but residents also have another way to ensure their garbage is collected.
The back-to-back winter weather has caused service delays for trash pick-up in Millcreek Township according to a township supervisor. He said the weather has been a challenge for waste management to properly service the area.

“As of today, Monday, we’ve received a report from Waste Management that everything is back on track back on schedule and that they have picked up all of the missed pick-ups that were missed over the past couple weeks,” Bock said.
Along with the winter weather, Bock said minor personnel issues were also a factor.
“They did call up actually 10 drivers from the Pittsburgh area that came up recently to aid and to assist the local personnel,” he said.
While the schedule is getting back on track, Bock said residents have another option for making sure their refuse is collected.
