The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Dense Fog Advisory. It will be in effect Wednesday, December 18, from 2 a.m. until 8 a.m. You should know that visibility is one-quarter to one-half miles in dense fog. These conditions could lead to low visibility and could make driving conditions hazardous.
