Police search for gunmen behind fatal shooting of 35-year-old man in Far Rockaway, Queens

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Tuesday night released more information about the murder of a 35-year-old man in Far Rockaway, Queens last month along with surveillance images of the two shooting suspects.

At about 3:04 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, authorities said that Milton Headley was approached by two unknown men in the rear of 1025 Beach 20th St., the location of a parking lot that runs along Beach 21st Street near Cornaga Avenue.

Both suspects fired guns at Headley who was struck multiple times throughout the body, police said. They then fled the scene on foot.

EMS rushed Headley to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, but he could not be saved.

Headley lived on President Street in Far Rockaway, only three blocks from where he was killed, police said.
