$25K a year for life won at Ohio gas station

COLUMBUS , Ohio (WJW) – A lucky person in Ohio could be holding a lottery ticket worth $25,000 a year for life — or a one-time payment of $390,000.

According to lottery officials, a Lucky For Life ticket purchased at ‘Parsons Marathon’ in Columbus matched five out of five numbers to win the game’s second prize.

The winner now has 60 days to choose the annuity payments or the cash option and 180 days to validate and cash the ticket, according to the Ohio Lottery .

Lucky for Life drawings are held seven days a week. The top prize is $1,000 a day for life. The odds of winning the top prize are just 1 in 30,821,472.
