Turner Construction is looking to end 2024 with the wind at its back. Topping off a year when the country’s biggest contractor re-organized in order to prepare for growth stemming from $33 billion in backlog, New York City-based Turner unveiled a $158 million project win to construct an emergency operations center in Southern California.
