Earlier this month, two Florida construction firms announced a merger that will springboard the new brand into 2025. A.O Construction, founded in Winter Haven in 1960, merged with Wagner Construction, which has been based in Leesburg, Lake County, since 2001. The newly formed company is now operating under the moniker A.O Wagner Construction, according to a statement.
