The business was run from approximately January 2017 through March 2019. Officials said that Alex Dee, 50, of Fate, Texas; Jerrold Mauer, 58, of North Bellmore, New York, and Kaplan advertised 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle as an online marketing business where members could “easily earn millions of dollars by selling memberships” into the company.

Federal officials said the business presented itself as a way for members to access digital videos, mostly related to online marketing and self-help lessons.
