Trio suspected in Lafayette deadly barbershop shooting indicted by grand jury

The three suspects arrested for a Lafayette barbershop shooting that left two men dead were indicted by a Lafayette Parish grand jury on Wednesday, December 18. Shylon Mouton, 18, of Carencro, and Abram Landry, 23, of Lafayette, are both formally charged with two counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. Jeffery Broussard, 18, of Lafayette, is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. Johnny Trailer Jr., 48, and Quincy Duhon Jr., 19, both of Lafayette, were killed in the shooting.
