CHICAGO – A parolee is charged with attempted murder, accused of shooting at two men as they ran away from a murder scene near the Howard CTA station. Both of the men Kevin Humes allegedly shot toward also face charges in connection with the October 23 shooting in the 1600 block of West Howard.
