GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A crash with injuries has shut down a portion of Summit Avenue in Greensboro, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
Summit Avenue is closed in both directions between McKnight Mill Road and Spry Street as a result of the crash.
8-year-old dies after multi-car crash on Interstate 40 West in Winston-Salem
Police say that there are injuries as a result of the crash. However, there is no word as to what caused the crash or how many people were involved at this time.
Drivers who are traveling through the area are asked to seek detours and avoid the closure.
