Maryland Heights Police ‘tentatively identify’ remains found at Creve Coeur Park

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Maryland Heights Police Department say they have ‘tentatively’ identified the remains found at Creve Coeur Park.

On Tuesday, Dec. 17, Maryland Heights Police received a report of human skeletal remains found at the park near a canal that connects Mallards Lake and Creve Coeur Lake. It was later to be “tentatively” determined as the remains of Tammy Ann Pirrin.

Maryland Heights Police says the identification of Pirrin is considered “tentative” until the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed her identity.

Pirrin, 55, was reported as a missing person to St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department from her residence on Alabama Avenue on Sept. 2024.

Anyone with information about Pirrin’s whereabouts over the past four months or has any information regarding this case is asked to contact the Maryland Heights Police Department’s Bureau of Investigations at (314) 298-7847.

The Maryland Heights Police Department’s Bureau of Investigation is handling the ongoing investigation.
