DES MOINES, Iowa – It’s official, the Des Moines metro communities want trick-or-treating on Halloween in 2025, the City of Des Moines said in a release on Thursday. Metro communities that voiced desire for Halloween night trick-or-treating in 2025 are Clive, Des Moines, Johnston, Pleasant Hill, Polk City, Urbandale, Waukee, and West Des Moines.
